Doing business with Balducci Builders over the past two years has been an extremely positive experience for my wife and I. In 2006, we began planning to rebuild our home at the river, and made numerous inquiries in the Richmond area concerning builders. The name that came up most often was Balducci Builders, Inc. The referrals came from friends in the community who spoke positively of the Balducci name, their character, their integrity, their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction for a reasonable price. The choice was very clear for us. To make a long story short, we are now the proud owners of the perfect river home, courtesy of Balducci Builders, which was built well beyond our expectations. We were so pleased, a year later we asked the Balducci's to build an addition to our home in Manakin Sabot. Again, the quality and effort put into our addition was second to none!! My wife and I wouldn't recommend going with any other builder!

Becky and I have been living in our Balducci home for three years now. The entire process from the design, selection of materials, and building our home was a very pleasant experience. The quality of our home is very good, and the energy efficient heating/cooling systems provide outstanding performance.

We would like to thank everyone at Balducci Inc. for making our first home building experience a pleasant one. We had heard horror stories from other people that building a home was the worst experience of their lives. That was not the case for us with Balducci Builders. We used a set of their house plans and made some of our own changes to them. We were informed of every process along the way and when it would happen. The professionalism, dedication and craftsmanship definitely puts them above the rest. Everyone was so accommodating and a joy to work with. We recommend that if you are considering building a home to choose Balducci.
