Doing business with Balducci Builders over the past two years has been an extremely positive experience for my wife and I. In 2006, we began planning to rebuild our home at the river, and made numerous inquiries in the Richmond area concerning builders. The name that came up most often was Balducci Builders, Inc. The referrals came from friends in the community who spoke positively of the Balducci name, their character, their integrity, their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction for a reasonable price. The choice was very clear for us. To make a long story short, we are now the proud owners of the perfect river home, courtesy of Balducci Builders, which was built well beyond our expectations. We were so pleased, a year later we asked the Balducci's to build an addition to our home in Manakin Sabot. Again, the quality and effort put into our addition was second to none!! My wife and I wouldn't recommend going with any other builder!
